Modern Dental Hygiene LLC, doing business as Breeze Dental Hygiene ("Breeze," "we," "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through breezeydent.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you join our waitlist, send us a message, or apply for a job, we collect what you enter in the form. This can include your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, licensing state, years of experience, availability, and any message you send.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site and our website host (Squarespace) automatically collect basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Please don't send health information. The Site's forms are not designed to collect health or medical information. Please don't include it. Once our offices open, patient health information will be handled under our separate Notice of Privacy Practices, as required by HIPAA.

How we use information

We use your information to: add you to our waitlist and tell you when Breeze opens near you; respond to questions and partnership inquiries; review job applications; send news and updates if you opt in; operate, secure and improve the Site; and comply with the law.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business (such as website hosting, email and form processing), who may use it only to provide services to us; with professional advisors; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business.

The Site uses cookies needed for it to work and to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work properly.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you've given us by emailing hello@breezeydent.com. We'll respond as required by applicable law.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no website or transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online. A parent or guardian should complete any form on behalf of a child.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date above.
